FANA's Annual Meeting is your chance to network with fellow CRNAs and RRNAs (SRNAs) from across the State at the beautiful JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa is located at 14900 Chelonia Parkway, Orlando, FL.

FANA has secured a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $199/night + tax (single/double) plus a $20/night plus tax resort fee over the dates of the conference. This discounted rate is extended until Friday, September 8, 2023, or until the block sells out. Reserve your room online or call 800-266-9432.

FAQs

When and where will the conference be held?
The 2023 Annual Meeting will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa, located in Orlando, Florida from October 6-8, 2023. Please click here for directions.

What is there to do in the area?

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to resort casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

How much is parking?
Valet parking is $40 per day. Self-parking is $15 per day.

Will there be Wi-Fi?
Guestroom wireless internet is included in the resort fee (discounted to $20/day). FANA has complimentary wireless internet in the meeting space.

Besides sessions, what events are happening?
On Friday evening, the FANA 2023 Annual Meeting will kick off with our Welcome Reception With Exhibitors. On Saturday evening, the Annual Student College Bowl will take place. Bragging rights will be up for grabs. Immediately following the College Bowl, the PAC Party will conclude the evening. There will be food, drinks, and karaoke! How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation, please CLICK HERE to book online or call 800-266-9432. Please note, FANA Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.

When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Friday, September 8, 2023. For more information on the FANA discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.

What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a $100 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by September 8, 2023, upon written request to FANA. A refund less a $50 processing fee will be given through September 8, 2023, for a Student or Retired/Emeritus registration. After September 8, 2023, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The processing fees are as follows:

  • $100.00 for Full and Daily registrations
  • $50.00 for Student and Emeritus registrations

Does FANA report my credits?
FANA reports all credits to AANA and CE Broker. In order to receive credits, you must complete a survey with evaluations for each session.

Arrrgh you ready? Join us for the Annual Student College Bowl on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. Enjoy a Jeopardy-style game that will test students' anesthesia knowledge on the latest developments, techniques, and skills impacting the CRNA profession! Come enjoy a fun-filled evening while earning CE credits!
