You’re Invited! Online registration is open with early-bird discounts available through Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is located at 400 Mandalay Avenue, Clearwater, FL.
FANA has secured a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $239/night + tax (single/double) plus a $15/night plus tax resort fee over the dates of the conference. This discounted rate is extended until Thursday, October 20, 2022, or until the block sells out.
This block is expected to sell out, so we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible!

|
When and where will the conference be held?
The 2022 Annual Meeting has been rescheduled to October 28 -30, 2022, and will be held at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, located in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Please click here for directions.

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to resort casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
How much is parking?
Valet parking is $15/per day. Self-parking is not available.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Guestroom wireless internet is included in the resort fee (discounted to $10/day); FANA has complimentary wireless internet in the meeting space.
Besides sessions, what events are happening?
On Friday evening, the FANA 2022 Annual Meeting will kick off with our Welcome Reception With Exhibitors. On Saturday evening, the Eighth Annual Student College Bowl will take place. Bragging rights will be up for grabs.
How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation, please CLICK HERE to book online or call 800-HILTONS or the Reservations Department at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort at 727-461-3222. Please note, FANA Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.
When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Monday, August 29, 2022. For more information on the FANA discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.
What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a processing fee will be given for cancellations made by written request to FANA and received by August 23, 2022. No refunds will be given after August 23, 2022. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The processing fees are as follows:
- $100.00 for Full and Daily registrations
- $50.00 for Student and Emeritus registrations
Does FANA report my credits?
FANA reports all credits to AANA and CE Broker. In order to receive credits, you must complete a survey with evaluations for each session.
