How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor? You can click the above link titled "Click here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form. You will first need to log in to your FANA account or create an account to fill out the form. If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved. You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form. For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register. How many attendees does FANA anticipate?
We typically have 400 attendees for our in-person Annual Meeting. Based on previous years, approximately 55% of attendees are CRNAs and 45% are RRNAs.
What should I provide as a door prize?
Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to give away during the prize break on the last day such as a gift card or product. Drawings will be held and your prize will be awarded to an attendee who visits all exhibitor tables and completes the Exhibitor Bingo card. *If exhibitor/sponsor submission is AFTER September 8, your company will not be placed on the Bingo Card as the order has been placed for printing. What is a "complimentary push notification" in the mobile app? This is a text message-like notification sent to all event app users. The notification is limited to 145 characters and is scheduled during a peak time for exhibitor or sponsor traffic. This notification is meant for text-only and we do not recommend using any custom links.
This is a limited-time opportunity for FANA sponsors and exhibitors to add on an advertising opportunity on the FANA website. The cost is $1,000 in addition to the exhibit fee and includes a company banner, linked to a custom company URL. This will be displayed as a rolling banner titled "FANA Partners" for 90 days.
When will I receive the pre- and post-meeting attendee list?
Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-meeting attendee list approximately one week before the meeting, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the meeting. Information shared will include name, designation, organization, and email address. In compliance with CAN-SPAM privacy laws, FANA is required to give attendees the option to “opt-out” of the registrant listing. This final registration list will NOT include those attendees who opt out.
How do I pay to exhibit or sponsor? You can pay via credit card through the online registration form payment portal. To pay via check, select the "invoice me" option in the registration form. Please make check payable to FANA (Florida Association of Nurse Anesthesiology). FANA is a 501(c)6 not-for-profit organization. Tax ID #59-6140748. If payment is not received prior to the meeting dates, FANA may release your exhibit booth space or sponsorships. Do you have a cancellation policy? A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations, except imprinted items such as tote bags, lanyards, or pads/pens, received before September 8, 2023.
