What is the virtual exhibit hall, how does it work, and how do exhibitors interact with attendees? 

The virtual exhibit hall is accessible from the virtual meeting landing page, and includes a space for your company name, logo, description, website and a one-minute video ad. Embedded in your company’s “spot” in the exhibit hall is a chat, which will go live during designated breaks with exhibitors within the program. There are XXX minutes designated for exhibitor chats over the 3-day virtual meeting. These chats are the best way for attendees and exhibitors to interact during the virtual meeting

How many attendees does FANA anticipate?

Although FANA has never done a virtual meeting, we typically have over 425 attendees for our in-person Annual Meeting.

What should I provide as a giveaway?

Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to giveaway during the breaks, such as a virtual gift card that can be emailed to the winner, or a product your company ships to the winner.

We also ask that you promote the FANA Annual Meeting: A Virtual Experience, to your customers and prospects. 

What kind of video file do I need for the exhibit hall and when is it due?

The exhibit hall video needs to be mp4 file type. We need all video submissions by October 1, 2020.

When do I need to be in the exhibit hall chat?

It's technically always "live" but we just expect exhibitors to be available to chat during designated hours.

When will I receive the pre- and post-meeting attendee list?

Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-meeting attendee list one week before the meeting, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the meeting.
