FANA's Annual Meeting is your chance to network with fellow CRNAs and RRNAs from across the State and we invite you back to the beautiful JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando.

Online registration is open with early-bird discounts available through Friday, September 6, 2024.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa is located at 14900 Chelonia Parkway, Orlando, FL.

FANA has secured a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $239/night + tax (single/double) plus a $20/night plus tax resort fee over the dates of the Conference. This discounted rate is available until Friday, September 6, 2024, or until the block sells out. Reserve your room online or call 800-266-9432.

If you are contacted by anyone in regards to a hotel reservation, please note they are not endorsed by FANA. Despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates. CE CREDITS

In order to receive credit, you must provide your AANA number at the time of registration. Don't know your AANA number? Click the link below to look up your number. This program is pending approval by the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology for 16.50 Class A CE credits.

FAQs

When and where will the Conference be held?
The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held October 4-6, 2024 at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa, located in Orlando, Florida.  Please click here for directions.

What is there to do in the Orlando area?

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to resort casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

How much is parking?
Valet parking is $40 per day. Self-parking is $15 per day.

Will there be Wi-Fi?
Guestroom wireless internet is included in the resort fee (discounted to $20/day). FANA has complimentary wireless internet in the meeting space.

Besides sessions, what events are happening?
On Friday evening, the FANA 2024 Annual Meeting will kick off with our Welcome Reception With Exhibitors. Immediately following the Welcome Reception, the casino-themed PAC Party will conclude the evening. There will be food, drinks, casino games, and karaoke! Purchase your PAC tickets here and come join the fun! On Saturday evening, the Annual Resident College Bowl will take place. Bragging rights will be up for grabs.

How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation, please CLICK HERE to book online or call 800-266-9432. Please note, FANA Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.

When is the hotel cut-off date?
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Friday, September 6, 2024. For more information on the FANA discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.

What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a $100 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by September 6, 2024, upon written request to FANA. A refund less a $50 processing fee will be given through September 6, 2024, for a Student or Retired/Emeritus registration. After September 6, 2024, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The processing fees are as follows:

  • $100.00 for Full and Daily registrations
  • $50.00 for Student and Emeritus registrations

Does FANA offer an RN (Registered Nurse) Registration rate?
RNs (Registered Nurses) can register for the Annual Meeting at the non-member rate. Be sure to indicate your designation and RN license number when taking the form. 

Does FANA report my credits?
FANA reports all credits to AANA and CE Broker. In order to receive credits, you must complete a survey with evaluations for each session.

Join us for the Annual Resident College Bowl on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in General Session. Who's feeling lucky? Join us for the annual PAC Party on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., following the Welcome Reception!
