Even before the exhibit hall opens, FANA will actively promote your company through the event website, mobile app, and electronic communications. All meal functions—including boxed lunches—are included to maximize networking opportunities throughout the event.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
September 1 Hotel cut-off date for sleeping room reservations. Please reserve your sleeping room here.
September 8 No refunds will be available for exhibit space cancellations received after this date.
September 22 All advertisements due including mobile app push notification and banner ad in mobile app (if applicable). Bingo Cards will be submitted for printing. Any submissions made AFTER September 22 will not be included on the Bingo Card.
September 25 Company representative information must be submitted by the badge printing deadline. Submissions received after the deadline, or with incomplete information, will be printed onsite in the order received, and you may experience delays in receiving your badge.

Is my company a good fit to exhibit or sponsor?

How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor?
"Click Here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form. You will first need to log in to your FANA account or create an account to fill out the form.
If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.
You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form. For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register.

How many attendees does FANA anticipate?
We typically attract 450+ attendees to our in-person Annual Meeting, and attendance continues to grow each year. In 2025, we welcomed a record-breaking 492 attendees, and we expect to set a new record again at our next meeting.
Approximately 40% of attendees are CRNAs and 60% are RRNAs. While the meeting draws more RRNAs, exhibitors and sponsors see strong ROI by connecting with these future anesthesiology professionals and building brand recognition that can influence long-term purchasing decisions and loyalty.
What should I provide as a door prize?
Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize such as a gift card or product to give away during the prize break on the last day. Drawings will be held and your prize will be awarded to an attendee who visits all exhibitor tables and completes the Exhibitor Bingo card.
What is a "complimentary push notification" in the mobile app?
This is a text message-like notification sent to all event app users. The notification is limited to 145 characters and is scheduled during a peak time for exhibitor or sponsor traffic. This notification is meant for text-only and we do not recommend using any custom links.
What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a $100 processing fee will be available for exhibit space cancellations if written notification is received by FANA Headquarters by September 1, 2026. Send email cancellation requests to [email protected]. No refunds will be available for exhibit space or sponsorship cancellation requests received after September 1, 2026. In the event that the program is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond FANA's control, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.
Please note, FANA cannot guarantee delivery of sponsored/logo items if sponsorship is not paid in full by September 1, 2026. This applies to imprinted items such as tote bags and lanyards.

FANA has secured a special room rate of $259 per night, including a waived resort fee. Please note that amenities typically included in the Urban Destination Fee will not be available unless attendees choose to opt in at check-in at their own expense. The optional $30 resort fee includes premium guest internet, a daily $30 food and beverage credit valid at hotel outlets (excluding room service), and a one-hour bike rental for two guests.
