Wi-Fi will be complimentary in attendee guest rooms and in the meeting space.

Parking

The hotel offers on-site parking for $35 a day, and Valet parking for $50. Electric car charging stations are available.

ATTIRE AND WEATHER

During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

Meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate at different times of the day, so it's a good idea to pack a light sweater or jacket to have with you in the meeting rooms.

Orlando is expected to be mostly sunny with a high of 86 degrees and a chance of rain over the conference weekend. Please pack weather-appropriate attire.

CONFERENCE DETAILS

Please check in at the FANA Registration Desk prior to attending conference sessions. There, you will be given your name badge and other conference materials.

All attendees, including presenters and exhibitors, are required to wear conference badges for admission into conference sessions and the exhibit hall.

Saturday, October 7,  7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 8,  7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 

MEETING AGENDA

• View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule.
