FAQs

When and where will the conference be held?
The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa, located in Orlando, Florida, from October 4-6, 2024. Please click here for directions.

What is there to do in the area?
To learn more about things to do, click here. 

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to resort casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

How much is parking?
Valet parking is $40 per day. Self-parking is $15 per day.

Will there be Wi-Fi?
Guestroom wireless internet is included in the resort fee (dsicounted to $20/day). FANA has complimentary wireless internet in the meeting space.

Besides sessions, what events are happening?
On Friday evening, the FANA 2024 Annual Meeting will kick off with our Welcome Reception With Exhibitors. Immediately following the Welcome Reception, the PAC Party will conclude the evening. There will be food, drinks, karaoke, and casino games! Purchase your PAC tickets here and come join the fun! On Saturday evening, the Annual Student College Bowl will take place. Bragging rights will be up for grabs. 

How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation, please CLICK HERE to book online or call 800-266-9432. Please note, FANA Headquarters is unable to view your reservations.

When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Friday, September 6, 2024. For more information on the FANA discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.

What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a $100 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by September 6, 2024, upon written request to FANA. A refund less a $50 processing fee will be given through September 6, 2024, for a Student or Retired/Emeritus registration. After September 6, 2024, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The processing fees are as follows:

  • $100.00 for Full and Daily registrations
  • $50.00 for Student and Emeritus registrations

Does FANA report my credits?
FANA reports all credits to AANA and CE Broker. In order to receive credits, you must complete a survey with evaluations for each session.

COLLEGE BOWL

Who's ready to test their luck? Join us for the Annual Student College Bowl on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Enjoy a Jeopardy-style game that will test students' anesthesia knowledge on the latest developments, techniques, and skills impacting the CRNA profession! Come enjoy a fun-filled evening while earning CE credits!

PAC PARTY

Who's feeling lucky? Join us for the annual PAC Party on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., following the Welcome Reception! Experience an evening of casino-themed fun with casino games, dinner, drinks, dancing, and karaoke. Your ticket includes access to late-night food stations, two drink vouchers, and entertainment. 

PAC Party will be hosted at the hotel, you won't even have to leave property!

Attendance at this event is limited, so don't delay!
