What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion. 

How many credits can I earn at the meeting?
Earn up to 15.00 MAC Ed CEs (pending approval).

Does FANA report my credits?
FANA reports all credits to AANA and CE Broker. You must complete the Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment survey, which will be sent to you electronically following the event, in order to receive credit. Complete the evaluation to receive your certificate of attendance and credits.

When is the hotel room block discount cut-off date?
The cut-off date is Thursday, February 4, 2027, or until the room block is sold out. For additional information, please review the hotel information listed above. 

Parking information?
Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $25 per day for Symposium attendees.

What is the FANA registration cancellation policy?
FANA will give a refund, less a $100 processing fee, for full or daily cancellations received by January 22, 2027, upon written request to [email protected]. A refund less a $50 processing fee will be given through January 22, 2027, for a Student (RRNA) or Emeritus registration. After January 22, 2027, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. 

What is the FANA Code of Conduct? 
FANA is committed to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, political affiliation, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and any other distinguishing characteristic. We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any FANA event, either in person or via electronic media. We expect all event participants, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff to:

• Remain positive, friendly, and welcoming to others at all times.
• Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought, organization, and individuals; as such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
• Refrain from advertising or soliciting products/services other than in your sponsored session.
  
• Be alert and report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately. 

By registering to participate in Sand & Surf Anesthesia Symposium 2027, you agree to abide by the FANA Code of Conduct and you understand that anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in FANA’s sole discretion, without refund.
