GENERAL INFORMATION

FANA's CRNA Days events includes opportunities to:
- Join your fellow CRNAs and RRNAs from across the State as you network with legislators;
- Increase your knowledge about the legislative process;
- Meet with legislators at the Capitol; and
- Earn CEs (pending approval).
We encourage you to register today as space will be limited to 150 total attendees. Registrations will be limited to FANA members, including up to 60 CRNAs and up to 90 RRNAs. All registrants must be active CRNAs or RRNAs currently enrolled in a Florida nurse anesthesiology program. We anticipate selling out!

This program is pending CE approval.
In order to receive credit, you must provide your AANA number during registration and when you complete your post-meeting survey. Don't know your AANA number? Click the link below to access the AANA website and look up your number.
If you wish for FANA to report your credits to the Florida Board of Nursing, your Florida State APRN number is required. Don't know your Florida State APRN number? Click below to look up your number.

FANA has secured a limited number of discounted rooms at a rate of $349/night plus tax for Wednesday, January 28, 2026. This rate will be available until Wednesday, December 31, 2025, or until the block sells out - whichever occurs first. For reservations, click the link below or call (850) 392-7700. Be sure to specify that you are attending FANA CRNA Days.
Hotel on-site valet parking is $15/day and $40/night. Self-Parking is $2 for the first hour and $1 each additional hour (This is a city-owned garage, not affiliated with the hotel, so charges cannot be routed to the hotel).

FAQs
What should I wear? All attendees visiting the Capitol should wear business attire. There is lots of walking around the Capitol during this event. Please wear comfortable shoes.
How many credits can I earn at the meeting? FANA has designed the program to meet the requirements for two (2) AANA Class A CE credits (pending approval).
Does FANA report my credits? FANA reports all credits to AANA and CE Broker. In order to receive credit, you must complete the Program Evaluation and Learner Assessment survey which will be sent to you electronically following the event.
How do I confirm hotel reservations? FANA has secured a discounted room rate of $349/night plus tax for Wednesday, January 28, 2026. For reservations, please click here or call (850) 392-7700. Be sure to specify that you are attending the FANA CRNA Days to secure the discounted room rate.
When is the hotel room block discount cut-off date? The cut-off date is Wednesday, December 31, 2025, or until the room block is sold out. For additional information, please review the hotel information listed above.
Parking information? Hotel on-site parking is valet only at $15/day and $40/night. Self-Parking is available at the city-owned garage, not affiliated with the hotel. Cost is $2 for the first hour and $1 for each additional hour.
What is the FANA registration cancellation policy? FANA will give a refund less a $15 processing fee for written requests received at FANA Headquarters on or by December 29, 2025. No refunds will be given after December 29, 2025. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected].
What is the FANA Code of Conduct? FANA is committed to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, political affiliation, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and any other distinguishing characteristic. We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any FANA event, either in person or via electronic media. We expect all event participants, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff to:
- Remain positive, friendly, and welcoming to others at all times.
- Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought, organization, and individuals; as such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
- Refrain from advertising or soliciting products/services other than in your sponsored session.
- Be alert and report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately.
By registering to participate in CRNA Days 2026, you agree to abide by the FANA Code of Conduct and anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, at FANA’s sole discretion, without refund.
